Praise
for Tight Shoulder Relief
"Howard has provided a very
patient friendly approach to understanding the complex
shoulder. The information on stretching and strengthening
the shoulder is fantastic and allows the individual
to take a pro-active part in injury prevention. He
also provides excellent tips for those who already
experiencing tight shoulders. I have and will continue
to refer to Howard's book and recommendations in
treating patients."
Dr. Richard S. Harvey, Chiropractor

"Tight Shoulder Relief is the perfect answer for writers like me, who spend
most of their waking hours at the computer. The exercises described are easy
to do and most can be done right in my office. After years of muscle aches and
stiffness, it is wonderful to feel loose and pain-free again."
Peter G. Engelman, Author, "The
Minyanaires."

"As a graphic designer who spends a
lot of time at a computer I have suffered from
tight shoulders for many years. Tight Shoulder
Relief has been a blessing. Not only do my shoulders
feel better, but I have better energy too!"
