Feeling hot or anxious? Did you know that one of the quickest ways to cool your system and calm your mind is with left nostril breathing?

Simply place the thumb of your right hand on your right nostril and press it shut. Breath slowly in and out of your left nostril for ten breaths. Breathing through your left nostril activates your system's cooling mechanism as well as the relaxation response.

There is a profound place of peace within all of us and the ancient practice of yogic sleep opens the door to this place of stillness and well-being. Shavasana is an inner retreat – a delightful break from the demands of our stress filled lives. As you listen to this CD and experience the benefits of deep relaxation you will feel renewed and refreshed. listen>
