Susan Orr and Howard VanEs have mastered the subject of repetitive stress injuries. As one who sits in front of a computer as much as 8 hours a day, I have personally struggled with repetitive stress injuries. "Office Ergonomics" is the most comprehensive book on the subject I have encountered. I have already made adjustments to my work areas based on guidance from this book. Anyone working at a computer should read this book before they become injured.
