Tuesdays: 7:30 to 8:45 pm. Beginners and Advanced Beginners
Fridays: 9:15 to 10:30 am. Beginners and Advanced Beginners
Saturdays: 8:45 to 10:15 am. Advanced beginners and Intermediates
Sundays: 10:30 to 11:45 am. Intro. to Yoga
