Howard VanEs

Howard VanEs has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years and is passionate about helping people build and maintain their overall health and wellbeing through yoga.

 

He is a graduate of the Mt. Madonna Yoga Teacher Training and has also received advanced training from the Iyengar Institute of SF. In addition to teaching regular classes Howard teaches a variety of workshops and has lead yoga retreats around the world.

 

Howard is the author of several yoga related books and yoga audios as well as those that focus health and wellness (see the books page and audios page). He also has an MA in Counseling Psychology and is a former psychotherapist.
